Lacquer Nail Studio — Accessibility Statement
Effective Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Lacquer Nail Studio wants every guest to be able to use this website, book an appointment and manage their account, whatever technology they use to get here.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this website, our booking flow, our customer account pages and our payment pages. That standard covers, among other things, text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, content that works at 200% zoom and on small screens, and a site that can be operated entirely from a keyboard.
What we do to keep it that way
Accessibility is checked as part of how this site is built, not after the fact:
Every page is built from components tested with automated accessibility checks, and a build fails on a serious or critical finding.
Every booking, account and payment flow is walked through with a keyboard alone.
Motion is reduced automatically for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.
Focus is managed in dialogs and multi-step flows so that a screen reader announces where you are.
Known limitations
Some content on this site comes from third parties — an embedded map, an embedded social feed, a payment window. We choose accessible providers where we can, but we do not control their code. Tell us if one of them stops you doing something and we will find you another way to do it.
