Lacquer Nail Studio — Gift Card Terms
Effective Tuesday, September 15, 2026. These terms apply to every gift card Lacquer Nail Studio sells, whether it is a physical card or an electronic one sent by email.
What a gift card is
A gift card is a prepaid balance you can spend on services and retail products at Lacquer Nail Studio, 745 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215. It is not a credit, debit or charge card, and it is not a deposit account.
Using it
Present the card or its code at the time of payment. A gift card may be spent in as many visits as you like until the balance is used, and it may be combined with another payment method when the total is more than the balance. A gift card may be used to pay a deposit.
No expiry
Gift card funds do not expire, and we charge no dormancy, inactivity or service fee against a balance, in any jurisdiction where the law requires it. Where a promotional gift card is issued with an expiry date, that date is printed on the card and stated at the time it is issued, and only the promotional value expires.
No cash value
A gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where the law requires us to cash out a small remaining balance, in which case we will do so on request. Gift cards are not reloadable unless we say so at the time of purchase, and they are not refundable once issued.

Lost, stolen and damaged cards
Treat a gift card like cash. We will replace an electronic gift card registered to your account, but we cannot replace an unregistered card that is lost or stolen, and we cannot honour a card whose code cannot be read.
Transfers and resale
You may give a gift card to someone else. Gift cards may not be resold, and we may decline a card we have reasonable grounds to believe was obtained fraudulently or resold in breach of these terms.
