Lacquer Nail Studio — Membership Terms
Effective Tuesday, September 15, 2026. These terms apply to our membership and to every other membership plan Lacquer Nail Studio offers. Joining a plan means you accept them.
What you get
our membership gives you the benefits listed on its plan page — the included services or credit, the member pricing, and any priority booking or retail discount the plan states. Benefits may only be used at Lacquer Nail Studio and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Billing
Membership is billed as stated in your membership agreement to the payment method on your account, starting on the day you join and recurring on the same day of each billing period until you cancel. The price is as stated in your membership agreement, plus tax where it applies. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Unused benefits
unused benefits do not roll over Any credit that does roll over is forfeited when your membership ends, and unused benefits are not refundable.
Freezing your membership
You may pause your membership for up to as stated in your membership agreement consecutive months in any twelve, by asking us at least as stated in your membership agreement days before your next billing date. While it is paused you are not billed, benefits do not accrue, and member pricing does not apply. Your membership restarts automatically at the end of the pause.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us at least as stated in your membership agreement days before your next billing date. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund payments already taken. Your benefits stay available until the end of the period you have paid for. Where a plan has a minimum term, the term is stated on the plan page and cancellation before it ends may incur the early-termination amount stated there.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will try again and let you know. Benefits and member pricing are suspended while a payment is outstanding, and we may cancel a membership that stays unpaid for 30 days.
Changes and ending a plan
We may change or retire a plan. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, honour the benefits you have already paid for, and offer you the nearest equivalent plan or a refund of the unused portion of your current period.
Transfers
A membership is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred unless the plan page says otherwise.
