Lacquer Nail Studio — Text Message Terms
Effective Tuesday, September 15, 2026. These terms apply to the text messages Lacquer Nail Studio sends to the mobile number you give us.
Program description
Program name: Lacquer Nail Studio appointment and marketing texts. When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Lacquer Nail Studio sends you appointment confirmations, reminders, changes and post-visit aftercare messages, and — where you have separately agreed to marketing — occasional offers, promotions and news about our services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you book with us. You can expect up to 10 messages per month: appointment messages are sent as your bookings require, and marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Lacquer Nail Studio does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send or receive.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send you no further texts from that program. You can also ask us to remove your number by calling +16145550301 or emailing hello@lacquer.demo.zyvora.app. Stopping marketing texts does not stop us from contacting you about an appointment you have already booked.

Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Lacquer Nail Studio. You can book, buy and receive every service we offer without agreeing to marketing texts.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your handset, and neither Lacquer Nail Studio nor any carrier guarantees that a message will arrive.
Eligibility and your number
You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorised user of the mobile number you give us. If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us at hello@lacquer.demo.zyvora.app so that we do not text someone else.
Privacy
We handle your mobile number in line with our privacy policy. We do not sell your number, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
