Effective Tuesday, September 15, 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and the services you book, buy or receive from Lacquer Nail Studio. Booking an appointment or buying from us means you accept them.
Our services
Lacquer Nail Studio provides the services described on this site at 745 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215. Prices, durations and availability shown here are the current ones and may change; the price confirmed to you at booking is the price we will honour for that appointment, apart from charges for changes you agree to at the time of service.
Appointments
An appointment is confirmed when we send you a confirmation, not when you submit a request. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you give us, for arriving on time, and for telling us in advance about allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy or any condition that affects the service. Arriving late may shorten your service or require it to be rebooked, and a service we cannot perform safely will not be performed.
Deposits, cancellations and no-shows
Our cancellation window, deposit terms and no-show charges are set out on our cancellation policy page and are part of these terms.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number. Prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity unless stated. Where a service is prepaid, an unused prepaid balance is governed by the terms of the package or gift card it came from.
Products and returns
Retail products bought from us may be returned in accordance with the return policy shown at checkout. Opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Your conduct
We ask that you treat our team and other guests with respect. We may decline or end a service, and decline future bookings, where behaviour is abusive, where a guest is intoxicated, or where a service cannot be carried out safely.
Results and liability
Personal-care services vary from person to person and no particular result is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photographs and branding, belongs to Lacquer Nail Studio or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you book, and we will change the effective date whenever we revise them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of OH, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
